Home: Contemporary Cobalt

Heres another attempt at a more modern style home.

Contemporary Cobalt is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. Has a garage, pool, pond, playground, garden and an art studio in the backyard.

I wish I would have built this on a smaller lot but at least if anyone downloads it they can build onto the home if their family gets larger or decide they need more room.
